Bergen’s Blog

After confirming the Blog is abandoned, Bergen saunters from behind the corner and strolls on into the blog. He assesses the controls and sheathes his sword.

“BERGEN’S BLOG” he says and types the name back into the system. “I’ll show that wench, you can’t dethrone the son of Tryggve.”

Just as he hits “update,” the air grows cold and the ominous whirring soundtrack stops. With the edge of his mouth curved in amusement, Bergen withdraws his long pipe, leans against the control panel, and smiles at the Author.

“So,” Bergen says lighting his pipe. “You’ve found me.”

“You think you’ve won,” Angela glowers, knowing exactly which part of her subconscious she is up against.

“You can’t stop me,” Bergen takes a draw from his pipe.

“I am a god,” he coolly declares.

“You are not!”

“Am too! The songs say so!”

“You wrote them!”

“Nevertheless!” Bergen says swiping the pipe from his mouth. “You can’t best me.”

In reply, Angela withdraws the most uber of awesome swords… and a pen.

“Can’t I?”

Bergen draws another line from his pipe. A stream of smoke flows from his mouth.

“Try,” he says with a gleam in his eye.

Angela feels her knees weaken. The sex appeal is unbearable, but she battles back her feminine needs and forces her primitive instincts aside.

Stay strong, she chants inside her head… where… Bergen is standing… and so he hears… everything.

“Damn it!” Angela says, and Bergen smiles.

Both the Author and the Bergen know. It’s on.

About the Author: Anna Imagination

Biographical Info... What you seek is my Story. Every Soul is a "Blurb" as one would read on the back of the book. But can people be "unwrapped" so easily? Most importantly, why try? I have long since learned to preserve the Savory that comes with Discovery. Learning of another Soul is a Journey. It is an Exploration. And it does not do the Soul Justice to try and condense a Soul Journey into a Bio.
