Rune’s Interview

Angela: Ready, Rune?

Rune: And waiting.

Angela: Go ahead and introduce yourself. Tell the audience about yourself.

Rune looks at Kallan and waits as she simply sits and sneers.

Rune: What? No comment?

Kallan: I doubt you’ll be honest.

Rune: I am Rune…ever patient…ever calm.

Kallan: Murderer.

Rune: Ljosalfar and King of Gunir in Alfheim.

Kallan: War-mongering slaughterer…

Angela: Kallan.

*Kallan stand and marches out of the room*

Rune: And you partner me up with that in Dolor and Shadow?

Angela: *grins* Yeah…Great isn’t it? Tell us where and when were you born, Rune.

Rune: I was born in Gunir, first in line for the throne to my father Tryggve and my mother, Caoilinn (Kway-linn).

Angela: How would you describe yourself?

Rune: Patient.

Angela: That you are. Tell us about where you grew up.

Rune: I grew up in Gunir, but mostly stuffed into a classroom somewhere with Geirolf. While my brother was out living life, Father had me on my studies.

Angela: Tell everyone what it is you do when you’re not studying.

Rune: I am hunting with Bergen. I spend much of my time bow hunting.

Angela: Are you serious with anyone?

Rune: I’ve had my share with the ladies, but the selection had been picked through too well by my brother, which makes it difficult to find someone my brother hasn’t wooed.

Angela: Tell us about your worst fear.

Rune: The Shadow. Too long I’ve watched the Shadow consume those I love. It plagues their hearts and devours their mind leaving little left of those who once knew me. The Shadow, I hate most of all.

Angela: The Shadow…As in Dolor and Shadow. I have to say, because people will ask. Thank you for your time, Rune. I’ll send Kallan back in.

Rune: Do you have to? I was enjoying the quiet.

Biographical Info... What you seek is my Story. Every Soul is a "Blurb" as one would read on the back of the book. But can people be "unwrapped" so easily? Most importantly, why try? I have long since learned to preserve the Savory that comes with Discovery. Learning of another Soul is a Journey. It is an Exploration. And it does not do the Soul Justice to try and condense a Soul Journey into a Bio.
