Dear Agent reading my manuscript:

I’m thrilled you asked to read my book, and I can’t stop bouncing stupidly like a five year old on Christmas morning.  But the wait is killing me.  If you’re going to love my character, could you do so faster?  My insides are killing me and I feel like I’ve been holding my breath for a year even though its really only been two weeks.  On the other hand, hearing an eventual rejection after you requested the full manuscript will feel worse than the time my cat fell off the cat pole and landed on my face  … … …
